Aura Home – Return & Refund Policy

At Aura Home, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.


1. Return Period

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


2. Return Eligibility

  • To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • The item must be returned with all original tags and packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • An uncut video recording of the complete unboxing of the delivery package must be available showing the package being opened and the condition of the product.

Returns without an uncut unboxing video may not be accepted, especially in cases involving damage, missing items, or incorrect products.


3. How to Request a Return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)
  • Uncut unboxing video (if reporting damage or incorrect item)

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • Instructions for returning the item

Important:
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Photos of the issue
  • Your uncut unboxing video

This allows us to quickly evaluate the situation and resolve the issue.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Request a return for the item you received.
  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
